Manual reporting cycles, analyst bottlenecks, multilingual data with no scalable translation layer — and insights that arrive too late to matter.

Field Example

Built a SurveyMonkey report for multiple clinics across languages using MCP Server for automatic AI translations on every refresh via a native Power BI connector. Joined it to CRM data to identify the patient behind each survey ID. Backend team quoted 3 weeks. Delivered in 2 days.

Data Architecture

The Problem

Siloed systems (Keboola, Snowflake, ERP, legacy JDBC), no single source of truth, and data nobody trusts — killing decision speed at every level.

Field Example

A pharma company had clinical, commercial, and ops data split across Keboola, Snowflake, and a legacy ERP — three versions of the truth, zero trust. Designed a full Medallion architecture on Microsoft Fabric (Bronze → Silver → Gold), unified into a single OneLake. Direct Lake mode replaced slow import refreshes. Teams went from arguing about numbers to acting on them.

BI Product Development

The Problem

Reports nobody opens, dashboards that mean different things to different teams, and KPIs that erode trust with every refresh cycle.

Field Example

A Central European hotel chain's HR team couldn't see churn coming — only felt it after staff had already left. Built a DAX linear regression model natively inside Power BI — no Python, no external ML — calculating Attrition Risk % per department, per property, per quarter. Zero additional infrastructure. First time the chain had forward visibility on headcount loss.

Data Engineering

The Problem

Fragile manual pipelines, Excel consolidations, and data that arrives broken — leaving analysts firefighting instead of delivering insight.

Field Example

SAP 4/HANA migration at a healthcare company — the PM manually updated a spreadsheet daily and re-exported it to brief leadership. Built an automated pipeline: Power Automate pulled the updated plan, VBA transformed it, and the dashboard refreshed itself every morning. Saved 2–3 hours a day across an 18-workstream programme.

M7 Media (Luxembourg + Netherlands) needed a cloud-native BI platform from scratch — and 11 developers across two countries to build it.
